Bike the 25th Ward

Bike the 25th Ward is a 6.5 mile leisurely ride for families to get out and be active. The event will begin at Harrison Park (18th Street & Wood) in the 25th Ward's Pilsen neighborhood, work your way up to Little Itlay, wind your way through University Village, Chinatown and end up at Harrison Park for a celebration. We will be partnering with Working Bikes Co-Operative to be hosting a bike drive, so bring any unused bikes to the event as well. Mayor Daley's Bike Ambassadors, representatives from Active Transportation Alliance will also be there. Rapid Transit Cycleshop will be raffling off a free bike tune-up, too!
Registration: 9:00am
Biking Begins: 10:00am (be sure to be there on time, as CPD will be leading a caravan)
approx. 11:00am: finish and celebration at Harrison Park
