Citizenship Workshop

Congressman Luis V. Gutierrez invites you to his Citizen Workshop at Westside Tech (2800 S. Western Avenue).

If you would like assistance to complete your application for citizenship please bring:
-Your alien card, Social Security Card, State ID or Drivers License; List of travels outside the United States since becoming a Legal Permanent Resident.
Include dates and travel locations.
-List of places where you have lived and worked for the past five years. Include dates and addresses.
-Name, date of birth, social security number, alien number and/or date of naturalization of spouse and/or children (if applicable)
-Information about previous marriages (if applicable)
-Information regarding arrests (if applicable)
-For men: Selective Service number and date of registration.
-A money order for $675.00 made out to U.S.C.I.S. and $10.00 for photos.

*Applicants must be a legal permanent resident for a minimum of 5 years to qualify.

To replace a Legal Permanent Resident Card, please bring:
-State ID or a drivers license
-Social security number
-Legal permanent resident card
-Money order for $370 made out to the U.S.C.I.S.
